We are delighted to share information about free parenting programmes available to families across Bristol, with new groups beginning in January and February. These programmes support parents and carers of children from birth to eight years old, including courses for expectant parents, and run both in locations across the city and online.
The courses provide practical strategies and the chance to connect with other parents, helping you to develop confidence and add new ideas to your parenting approach. Parents who have attended previous programmes have shared positive feedback, with one commenting that they felt “more educated, confident and equipped to take the challenges I face with my child” after completing The Incredible Years Programme. Another parent expressed gratitude for the “lot of hope for the future” that the Nurturing Programme provided.
