Evolve Music is running a free eight-week music group for dads and male caregivers with children under two years old at The Swannery in Barton Hill, starting in January 2026.
The Dads Rock sessions use child-led musical play, stories and games to support babies’ and toddlers’ emotional regulation, communication, language development, numeracy and creativity. The group also focuses on improving the mental health and wellbeing of dads, male caregivers and their children through shared musical experiences.
Sessions run on Saturday mornings at The Swannery at Wellspring Settlement in Barton Hill. The programme is free for Bristol City Council Local Authority residents and booking is required.
