If you are looking for a cool place to escape the heat this week, Hillfields Park Community Centre is hosting free Cool Play sessions on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th June from 12pm to 3pm.
The air-conditioned community centre on Thicket Avenue, BS16 4EH offers a welcome escape from the warm weather, with free play sessions for all ages including games, music, crafts, table tennis, table football and water stations. Parents and carers must stay with their children. On Wednesday there will be drinks and cakes for sale, and on Thursday a Community Cafe will be running. Donations are welcome.
