Bristol Children’s Centres are offering free parenting groups across Bristol this January. These friendly, supportive groups are designed to help you add ideas and skills to your parenting toolbox, develop more confidence in your parenting, better understand your child’s needs, and connect with other parents and carers.
What’s on offer?
The Bristol Parenting Team runs a range of programmes suitable for different ages and stages. Welcome to the World is a five-week antenatal course for parents-to-be. Rockabye offers both antenatal and postnatal support for pregnant women and parents of babies aged 0-6 months. Circle of Security Parenting is a nine-week course for parents and carers of children aged 0-5 years. Parenting Puzzle is a condensed four-week programme for parents and carers of children aged 0-5 years, available both in person and online. The Incredible Years Toddler Programme is a 12-week course for parents and carers of children aged 1-3 years. The Nurturing Programme is a 10-week course for parents and carers of children aged 3-8 years.
All groups run across Bristol, with some available online as well as in person.
