£14.59-£15.58 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who:
- Is committed to building warm, respectful key person relationships with 3 and 4 year olds and their families
- Can scaffold children’s learning and lead learning in their key group
- Can create and maintain an inspiring learning environment
- Has excellent spoken and written communication skills and can work positively in a team
- Is observant to all children’s attempts to communicate and can foster their skills to express themselves.
- Can work with the team to ensure all children’s safety in our busy nursery environment
- Have experience of or are committed to learn to work with children with additional needs

This role will be based at Little Hayes Nursery School. We have a fabulous outside learning environment and dedicated indoor spaces for our two, three and four year olds. This year we are entering an exciting new phase in our development and we are looking to recruit new team members to build on our long tradition of high quality nursery education.
Visits are encouraged and very welcome. We will be happy to show you around and talk in more detail about the requirements of the role available.
